Eats & Treats February 3, 2012 at 6:45 pm
On February 16th the 2nd Annual Eats and Treats of Granbury offers a great opportunity from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for the area restaurants to share their amazing food to help the seniors of Granbury ISD have a safe and fun all-night, graduation party. Bring your family and friends to Granbury Square Plaza at 201 E. Pearl Street for a fun-filled evening of Eats & Treats benefiting Project Graduation. Sample your favorite foods and many yummy tidbits you’ve never tried, all for the cost of an average dinner. Plus you get to vote on awards for Best Food and Best of Show.
Event One sponsors Eats and Treats to provide a safe celebration for Granbury High School’s graduating seniors and to showcase the amazing venues for the excellent cuisine that Granbury offers.
“This is our second year for the Eats and Treats event. Everyone loved it last year. Families especially liked the variety of food, saying the food was outstanding. No one could make it around to all of the restaurant booths. We had about 300 people.” Mike Hickey said. “It was fun, great for the restaurants, a good value for the public and helping Project Graduation is a special joy.”
The event judges voted Hoffbrau Steaks “Best of Taste” and Babe’s Chicken “Best of Show,” while the public voted Pam’s II “Best of Show.”
